Personal training and physical therapy can work together to help you move better, build strength, and return to daily activities with greater confidence.

Physical therapy focuses on assessing and treating pain, injury, mobility limitations, and post-surgical recovery through individualized rehabilitation plans.

Personal training supports long-term fitness by improving strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and overall movement quality. When appropriate, a physical therapist and qualified personal trainer can coordinate care so your exercise program progresses safely from rehabilitation to regular training. Whether your goal is to recover from an injury, manage ongoing discomfort, improve athletic performance, or stay active as you age, a tailored plan can help you make steady, sustainable progress. Always consult a regulated health-care professional for diagnosis and treatment of injuries or medical conditions.

NeuorKinetic Therapy (NKT) is a manual therapy technique that uses manual muscle testing to assess and correct muscle imbalances and dysfunctional movement patterns caused by injuries, trauma or repetitive strain. It works by identifying which muscles are overactive or weak, then repattern and retrain the motor control centre of the brain to restore proper movement and balance.

Assisted Stretch Therapy is a manual stretch treatment where you just get to relax and allow the therapist to stretch you through gentle movement and held positions that help to reduce tension and improve range of motion.
